Ok I decided to make a new character because my last character didnt work as well as i had hoped(ele/necro)

I want a character thats decent in PvE and pwnage in PvP.

which 1?
strengths and weaknesses?

Assassins steamroll PvE, but aren't great in most PvP.
Warriors are strong in PvE, and are always useful in PvP.

If you're going to do mostly PvP, make a warrior.
If you're going to do mostly PvE, make an assassin.

ok i think its going to be a warrior though i saw some pretty awsome youtube videos of sins pwning in pvp

Those were probably pre-nerf and/or RA videos; sins hardly see serious use outside of HB and occasionally TA and HA before they get nerfed again.

Rangers are great for PvP, but require fast reflexes and the ability to pay attention to multiple targets at once. They're also really only OK for PvE.

Only make an assassin if you're going to perma farm or perma for Amatz.

make whichever you think looks coolest/suits your playstyle most. any proffession pretty much steamrolls pve nowadays anyway... i find assassins a bit more versatile than warriors though.have and love playing both myself though

if you're gonna farm a lot and wanna spam ms/db or blow things up with ur scythe make an assassin
if you wanna put mobs on their ass and do big domage in a brave and manly way make a warrior
if you're gonna gvg make an assassin, realize that lol nobody uses assassins in gvg, delete the sin, and then make a warrior and own face with it.

Warriors are currently broken and stupid easy to play (see [[warrior's endurance].) Assassins are currently broken and stupid easy to play (see [[moebius strike]/[[death blossom]. Also pick warriors. PvP is gud.

The only place you see sins in PvP is AB and RA all the rest use Warriors pretty much.

i'm thinking more like "get better" as in "run a profession that doesn't totally suck in pvp right now". i heard sins don't win gold capes anymore.
